Yes we will see what we can do about the first problem - We might make a scrollbar or something.

About the second problem - What do you mean broken?

We cannot know the number of contacts in your exchange at this point - we are searching for public contacts folder here at this stage not for individual contacts.

Prepare that with 10000 contacts, the polling search may take a while.

Nicky, I am sorry, but I not fully understood Active Call Limit string. What these numbers means?
Quantity of active calls or what? So why this is not one number? For example - Active Calls - 35. (I.e. currently I have 35 sim. calls).

Hi no problem - I will explain.

Example: Active call counted towards license limit - [35]
This 35 means that CALL number 35 is the call that is at the moment connected - ie only 1 call is connected - call number 35.

We are going to improve this message in the next version to something like this
Current connected calls [5 - 1, 35, 36, 99, 102]

This will be interpreted as

there is a total of 5 connected calls at this moment
These 5 calls are call number 1, 35, 36, 99 and call 102.

Remember - each call that is made in 3CX is assigned a numerical number in ascending order.
So everytime you restart the service, and you make the first call, this is call number 1. This value increments by one with every call that is made UNTILL the next restart of the service / or computer. Only then the calls go back to 0 and the counter is reset.

Does the system think there are live calls happening?

We are experiencing voice delay on this system - could this be a possible cause?

Thanks for notifying us of this.
Can you send me the logs in verbose mode so I can see why calls 571 and 573 remained stuck?
I need to know the nature of these calls - whether they were normal internal calls, voip provider calls, gateway calls etc. This is why i need to see the logs. Send them to me [email protected]

Make a check for me as well and open the management console active calls page and see whether you see any extension or port/line orange.

my server log ist full of these messages. But there are no call-numbers in it?
This occurs after the update to V8. I use a small business license.

Do you have an active call at the moment? It shows that call number 92 is still active.

Can you open the logs and search for Call(92) and copy all the log file here related to this call?

What is the nature of this call? Is it a gateway call? coming from PSTN?

Could be that because of improper configuration or incorrect routing the bye were not received and the call remained "Connected" when in reality it had been over a while ago. Let me know.
 
I have restarted the server, I will post again, if I will find it again the same situation

there was no active call, and log was showing for last 24 hours that ''Active calls counted toward license limit: [92]''

its mean system was stuck on call number 92,

call is made using PSTN Gateway, linksys 3102, and phone used to make this call is linksys spa941
 
Did you restart the configuration service? All Calls should be released at that point.

i suspected that its coming from a gateway.

I can tell you from now that I am positive that the problem is coming from there.

Check that disconnect tones in the linksys are compatible with the disconnect tone frequency expected by your pstn provider. You have to call your provider and speak to their engineering section. Tell them to tell you the frequency for the disconnect tone, and while you are there ask them for Dial tone, re-order tone and get your linksys up to date with your telco

This is the first area to need to fix.

From where r u from?

On a grandstream I have connected in cyprus with primetel (also cyta applies)
this is the busy tone.
ch1-4:f1=400@-30,f2=400@-30,c=38/38;

for linksys I have this
480@-19;620@-19;10(.5/.5/1+2)

check it out and let me know.
