New Windows Native App exe file support

We are currently using 3cx Version 16 Update 8 and added External Application launch on incoming calls in 3cx Windows App Behaviour settings.

Will New Windows Native app V18 support this Feature?

Will New Windows Native app V18 support this Feature?

For now, it supports the same "open CRM URL" or "open custom URL" as the Webclient.

I know TAPI (or part of it at least), CTI and probably that too will be coming in later updates. These things take time! But I am hopeful!

We have a client agnostic option (web, windows, physical phone) if needed. It can be implemented on the client, or on the server.

To update our 3cx from Version 16 to 18 with the Final Release we need this feature in the new windows app.

Yes, it will still be available and supported in the official release of V18 as there yet isn't any official information on whether it will be eventually deprecated or not.
