New Windows Softphone (v20) - cant open images from chat

I can see thumbnails
Thumbnail images are shown in the chat list. When I click the ‘Download’ button, something happens there, but after it has been transformed to ‘Open’, nothing happens.

In a word, I cannot see the pictures in full size

How can I change this?

Nowhere do I see any settings specific to chat - there are only general, main ones dedicated to calling itself....

I clicked Open obviously - and no action was seen then.

I had set default app for pics, but i realized it wasnt assigned to *.png (I pretty sure it was assigned in past, but Windows / other apps might reset that)

So I found example *.png file in Windows, then clicked it, assigned to viewing app and now it works form 3cx as well.
So this resolved issue for me

However this behaviour will be v. confusing for not techy users - imo app should display req to assing default app for specifix extension, or display msg this should be done out of app...

BTW where those files being downloaded?
Cant Download & Open button be replaced by single button (Download & Open) - or (preferably) same action by single click as it was in past...

They will be downloaded in The local Downloads folder, in a folder 3CXSoftphone
