Hello,

I just set up a new 3cx V10 on Server 2008 with RRAS and Win Firewall. I am able to receive inbound calls but cannot make outbound calls. I get a busy signal right away. This is my first go at SIP so any help from the experts is greatly appreciated.

Server Act Log:

19:09:43.809 [CM503020]: Normal call termination. Reason: Server Failure
19:09:43.808 [CM503016]: Call(19): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]> failed. Reason: Server Failure
19:09:43.805 [CM503003]: Call(19): Call to sip:[email protected]:5060 has failed; Cause: 503 Service Unavailable; from IP:64.61.93.190:5060
19:09:43.614 [CM503025]: Call(19): Calling VoIPline:xxxxxxxxxxx@(Ln.10000@VoicePulse)@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
19:09:43.490 [CM503004]: Call(19): Route 1: VoIPline:xxxxxxxxxxx@(Ln.10000@VoicePulse)@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060]
19:09:43.489 [CM503010]: Making route(s) to <sip:[email protected]>

Server Event Log:

Call to xxxxxxxxxxx@(Ln.10000@VoicePulse) has failed. [ V4 64.61.93.190:5060 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=872 ] replied: 503 Service Unavailable; from IP:64.61.93.190:5060

* My Server's DNS correcly resolves jfk-primary.voicepulse.com
* According to VoicePulse, they do not even see my SIP requests
* Busy signal right away
* Inbound calls no problem
* Firewall Checker turns up OK
* My Outbound rule is set to use VoicePulse with 0 strip digits from my Extension

Cheers

i would check the ip address that they gave to to register to is correct.

How exactly looks your outbound rules - you still need to have at least one criteria (prefix, extension list, number length or group) to make it effective. Stripping no digits is not enough.

Regards
