Newbie query - phone Bangkok?

I can direct phone students in Spain but not Kenya. Should I be able to phone Bangkok? It seems to ring. (Windows 10 softphone).

I have no idea what my system is - I will investigate. I just followed download instructions and eventually managed to phone most students via 3CX direct to their mobile or landline in UK and several countries. But not Kenya (that I am trying to sort out). My immediate query is since I can phone Spain and Poland direct, should I be able to phone Bangkok direct to student landline. Just a yes or no will do for now, the how will have to come later.

Hi Magr,

I presume you are a user of the 3CX system then, so in this case you will have to contact your 3CX system admin.

The system can block calls to certain countries, and the lines provider may also do this.
