nexVortex and multiple DIDs

I have two DIDs from nexVortex. One works just fine and routes directly to an extension. The other one does not. The error points to SIP INVITE authorization issue for source indentification. I've added "Request Line URI: User Part" with value of "LineNumber...". I've also tried Custom field with the DID as value. I'd like the 2nd DID to go directly to a 2nd extension and also enable fax detection.

Problem resolved

NexVortex issued a 2nd set of credentials. Bigger problem remains: The inbound numbers route to an extension but we cannot receive faxes. I'll post the problem in another forum.
