NGINX problem

Hello,

I have to createa csr file in the IIS, because the installation of 3cx v15 doesn't give the option anymore, so when i proceed with the installation it says that start the NGINX, and doesnt give the option to select IIS.

do you know the solution to that problem, why 3cx doesn't give the option to create a Self signed certificate?
