Hello. Have somone knowlege how to add 3CX and Nginx Proxy Manager to woork togethere so multiply ports can be opend? I am running 3CX on a pc and anothere pc with Nginx Proxy Manager and thats wuy i am woondering.

I know but i have to bechuse i am using port 80 on 3 computers.

3CX uses 443 or you can set it up to use any different HTTPS port. Locally doesn't matter.

Also, you should never expose regular unsecured HTTP to the internet. It's a disaster waiting to happen.
