NGINX Reverse Proxy for 3CX

Hi everyone,

We are currently facing a big problem: we want to put a reverse proxy in front of our 3CX instance and that's what we did. However, we are facing an issue with our sophtphones and iOS + Android clients:

• The presence is not working;
  
• The mobile app is show waiting for network. However, calls can be made;
• The softphone not working (windows). However, calls can be made;

In top of that, we noticed that with the reverse proxy on, the management console tend to consume alot of CPU (until it crashes the machine. Here is the optimisation we did so far:

• Enabling wss reverse proxying for "/ws" and "/MyPhone" locations;
• Increasing file descriptors;
• Enabling TCP fast Open.

Any help (or someone who faced similar issue) could be helpful.
