NIC Teaming in Windows Server

Hello Team,

I have just setup 3CX on physical box at our office locally though currently the box is connected to the network using one cable but the server can support up to 4 network cables

I was thinking of using the NIC team feature with windows server 2016 , I need to know if this is advisable and if it will not cause issues like silent calls since we are dealing with UDP packets (Voice) that uses RTP.

this is not advisable. In a LAG, randomly a NIC is selected which will do the sending and which will receive traffic. The license however binds on a mac address and might lose the activation if this is not controlled.

however if your do this in a VM on a server (hyper v) where this is bound into a LAG then this is no issue as the VM has its own Mac Address.
