No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource

Hello,

We are trying to install Live chat on our non-wordpress website. We have this issue :

Access to fetch at 'https://s**-m**.on3cx.fr:5001/MyPhone/config/LiveChat45****' from test.s**-m**.net/:1 origin 'https://test.s**-m**.net' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.


The header is actually present on our website. From our research, the issue could come from the 3CX. WHat did we missed?
Also if we download the chrome extension Cross Domain - CORS, the live chat is working.
I need to know from which site the issue come from , our site o 3CX ? and why?

This error means that Livechat has no CORS defined for your web-site.
You need to specify your web-site address in Livechat Configuration Form.
