No access to central, once the installation is finished

finishing the installation of 3cx, I get the message of congratulations for installing 3cx, with the domain name, etc., but when I want to enter through the public IP and the FQDN is not possible, the message "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" appears, but if I can enter by ssh both the IP and the FQDN, I have my own fqdn.

Any idea what it could be? I have it connected directly to the internet with the public ip assigned to the interface of the central

Hi @ccampos82,

Is this instance hosted by 3CX? If not, where was this installed? With SSH access, can you check that the 3CX services are started?
