No API option in Integration Menu (Enterprise, Windows On Prem)

I do not see the API Menu option in the Integrations menu of the Admin Console. I have a 32SC Enterprise Annual Licence and looking to play with XAPI. Is there any reason it is missing?

I am logged into Webclient with my Extension and have System Owner as my role. What else would be preventing this from showing? What is the URL for the API Config page - perhaps I can try and navigate directly to it without seeing it in my menu?

It's in U4 RC. Not released yet.

Thanks for your reply @ConceptsWeb - guess that explains it! I found the Swagger file on my instance and thought we had it already. Hopefully U4 Final is not far away!
