NO Audio - Grandstream 2000

Hi to everybody. I'm trying to connect my ip phone to InPhoniex VOIP provider and it work fine on incoming calls
but i have no audio and a dialing tone on all outgoing calls.. All recommended ports are open..
Anybody have any idea?

Is this using 3CX or just a SIP phone to a VoIP provider setup question?

Idealy i want to use SIP phone with 3cx but its not working and i'm trying to connect straight to VOIP provider on line 2 to test it

You might want to go into a Grandstream forum on using the phone with a VoIP provider, for more info on the settings needed.
