No Audio on either side

Hello I have my 3cx setup and I can make calls and recive calls but I get no audio on either end

I have forward the following forts in pfsense
5060
5080
5090
9000-9500
3479
10000-21000

I also get this when running a firewall test from 3cx

• • testing port 5060... failed
    • testing port 5060... unmatched mapping (7242)
  • starting service... done
• testing 3CX Tunneling Proxy... failed (How to resolve?)
  • stopping service... done
  • testing port 5090... failed
    • testing port 5090... unmatched mapping (58142)
  • starting service... done
• testing 3CX Media Server... failed (How to resolve?)

and i get no audio can any please help me with this problem

Hello @techs221

As a first step you need to make sure that the firewall checker passes the test. To do that make sure that the correct ports are forwarded on the firewall and the configuration is correct.
