Hi.

I am having an issue when trying to add a 3 person to the call. I try that by adding these person using the Windows Phone or by analog phone (Flash dial 3 person, presh flash again to conect all). The person is connected but after that no one can hear anyone.

I remember this was working very long time ago, but now it isnt. I dont know if its something about updates or because I am a free user.

When I put some user under the Hold, there is also no song that was present before.

3CX Version: Standard Annual 16.0.612
Server OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? My home
IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware Grandstream HT 502, HT 487, Windows Phone
Provisioning Method: Local and VPN
Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model OBi 110 and others
Has the Firewall Checker passed: Yes
Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Server OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
this OS is not supported for V16

I guess you do the attempt to be 3 on call from phones that are behind Obi gateway, if so most probably process is not handled by 3CX but by Obi gateway.

Did you tried same test with SIP phones directly on 3CX?

aws2p, when I updated 3CX complain about Server 2008 R2 just for IOs phones, but I don't have any of theses.

The problem is not OBi since I also have a Grandstream Gateway and have the same issue.

Please remember that I can't hear HOLD song when put a call on hold too, so the problem start there. I will make more tests and try catch something with logs.

leejor, I also try adding a 3 participant by adding it on 3CX app for Windows and the same occur. It connect the 3 participant and there is no more audio, no one can hear no one.

On a system where 3-way calling is offered , the common method is to use a flash to add another party to a two party conversation . With 3CX, doing the same thing invokes an attended transfer, where the originator and the newly added party can speak, but the other party cannot, until the originator hangs up and the call is transferred.
One of the links I provided seem to suggest that 3-way calls may be set up by certain sets (not involving a 3CX feature).

I agree you have no IOS device, nonetheless server OS is always not 3CX supported.
If you call echo service *777 do you hear back yourself?

Do you have sip deskphones also or only phones behind analog GW?
