Hello,

we are currently in the migration phase from classic PBX with ISDN to 3CX.

Everything works like a charm, the only problem we discovered are Webex meetings where the audio is gone after 12-15 minutes, sometimes half an hour.

Did anyone encounter that problem or can help? Normal calls are not a problem (>60 minutes tested). The 3cx provided webmeeting seems to work too.

But we have many customers which use webex, so dialing in every 15 minutes and join the session again is not a solution.

Thanks.

Are you joining the WebEx calls and then muting your side while a presenter talks, or are you having a conversation throughout the time you're on the call?

What is the reason for the call ending that gets put into the log?

Hi,
I was not there, but several collegues told me that they joined a webinar. So I guess they didn't talk at all and muted themselves.
I couldn't find any error in the 3CX log and the connection is not dropped, after 10/20,30 minutes the sound is gone and they hear nothing. I don't know if they tried to talk again, I guess not. They just rejoined the webinar and after some time same thing.

Tested with Snom D785 and Yealink CP920.
3CX v16 installed on Windows.

Firewall is a Sophos XG (SIP ALG deactivated, firewall test passed)

Edit: did the FW test again and had port errors under media server (>9000). Changed some rules in the firewall to get green again and streaming now music in the webex session.
