We can add it easily but it will be half implementation because the use of the pickup is 2 fold *20* (on its own) or *20*%extnum% (followed by ext num ringing) If we choose *20* we break functionality of picking up from queues which we are planning of doing in the future. Also you can pick up without dial code in 2 other ways. Blf and Dialog-info. (If phone supports these features)
