No connecting on incoming calls

Have used it for a few months. Worked great until now. Now, will not ring through on my pc. I can make outgoing calls using softphone but it does not accept/ring or detect any incoming calls. Settings look well to me. Uninstalled and re-installed - still not functioning. Cannot receive any calls only can make outgoing calls. Has nothing to do with audio settings - does not detect any incoming call. Advice sought. Thank you.
