Hello,
I wonder if anyone has come across this before? The symptoms are documented in another post on the forum here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/incoming-calls-not-being-routed-to-extension.47385
My problem is that I can only receive incoming calls after I run a firewall test. The test passes, and then incoming calls work fine, with no problems whatsoever. Every time I reboot the system the firewall test has to be run before incoming calls work. The system is the Linux ISO running on an i3 Intel NUC. Standard 4 call software license, running 15.5.6354.2
I have a SIP trunk registered with Simwood, and can make outgoing calls fine all the time, and internal calls are also fine. Incoming calls should go to a digital receptionist (extension 180). I can dial 180 internally all the time and get the digital receptionist.
In the log is <sip:180@:5060> which I feel should have an IP address after the @ symbol?
Any assistance would be gratefully received.
Many thanks,
Richard
