The Problem: I cannot receive incoming calls (from outside the PBX); disconnected/no longer in service. I can make outbound calls (PSTN or to extensions of the PBX). This applies whether I provision my Yealink or my iOS softphones as the DID.

I can make calls within the PBX (both on LAN and via the internet).

Setup:
This is a brand new install. 3CX set up in a Digital Ocean Droplet running Debian. Raspberry Pi SBC on my LAN with a single Yealink Phone. Single Flowroute trunk with two extensions; one extension is using the trunk number as a DID.

Yealink T42 ==== Pi SBC <---> LAN Router <----internet----> 3CX in a VPS

SIP Trunk Tab Shows: Green Dot - sip.flowroute.com - Type: Provider - Main Trunk No: 555-555-5555 - Register Sent: Today - Register Okay: Today - Last Register Failed: Earlier Today

Inbound Rules: DID: 555-555-5555 - Destination/Office Hours: Extension 0000 - Destination/Outside Office: Voicemail

Registration on Flowroute (Via the Flowroute UI): shows my PBX IP as a current registration.

Nothing shows up at all under the activity log on the 3CX Dashboard when I try to place a call to the DID.

I am going to assume that the the problem is with Flowroute, not the PBX. Any ideas where to start?

Hi,
do you use supported sip provider ? have you set it in 3CX with SIP template coming from 3CX
Did you run firewall checker, did it pass?

If your sip trunk is registred ,perhaps it's just format number you receive from your sip provider not matching with your inbound rule.
try to use in your rule only last 5 numbers like
10650

Did you set almost one outbound rule? otherwise it's impossible to make outgoing calls

Flowroute is supported, yes.

Firewall checker passed.

I think the problem is the url being wrong on the Flowroute side. I changed the URL on the Flowroute for Inbound Route.

Now, the problem every time I place a test call to that DID an IP address gets blacklisted by 3CX for request rate too high. I'm assuming that this must be Flowroute, but how do I stop this?

Don't know at all flowroute, this is a sip provider? , but how do you need to authenticate ? Account ? IP?

I think the problem is the url being wrong on the Flowroute side. I changed the URL on the Flowroute for Inbound Route.

What do you mean? you need to set an url on sip provider side to reach your PBX?
sorry , I 've never done this with my sip providers in France.
