No incomming caller ID on Portech MV-372

We have recieved an MV-372, i have the problem that inbound caller ID is the line number from 3cx, I can see the original number in the invite:

In another topic (public part of this forum) someone says you can try to put the "SIP From" to "User/User (standard)" but when i use this option i get an invite whithout the number.

But if i try some options to match the 'Source Identification' 3cx will reports that he cant find the numer so he wont accept the call, who know's wich option i can use to match the incomming caller ID

First, flash new firmware.
I receive Caller ID w/o problems.
I use MV-370, 372, 374 and 378. No any problem. Greatest device! :lol:

I already have firmware "Mobile VoIP2 v6.694.m" do you have a newer one then?
are you using V6 or V7 (we are running v6 for the moment, we are going to upgrade probably today)

Just download last firmware and flash. No matter what version you have currently.
It works also in v.6

The firmware i use is the latest if i must believe the website.
