No music On Hold

Hi,

I got the latest version of the 3cx SMB edition. Everything works great but one thing.

When I press Hold on my SNOM 370 phone the one that called dont hear any music. Its only silence until I pick up the call again.

What could that be? I got the on hold music configured.

Could you please specify what is the device(VoiP provider?) which initiate call to your SNOM 370?

P.S. SNOM 370 is not the source of problem. why do you specify only this device in your report and forget to specify other one?

The Voip provider is Cellip, but I eaven got the same problem if I take 1 of my SNOM370 phones and calls internaly to the other SNOM370 so it isnt the provider. The strange thing is that when I push the hold button the call gets on hold but the music in the 3cx doesnt play.

We have solved this issue deactivating option "Support RE-INVITE" on extension and trunk properties.
