Hello,

we are using private 3CX webmeeting server.
Since few weeks we sometimes get an error when joining a meeting:

Other user can join the meeting without problems.

Sometimes the problem can be fixed by changing the network, changing the browser, restarting the client or just trying to login several times.

We don't see any logic when this problem occurs and for whom.

Any ideas?
Are there any logfiles with more informations?

Hi @PBX128 , you get this error when your OnBoard MCU is not connected to the PBX for any reason, usually due to network issues. You can check 3CX WebMeeting log on your PBX, search for connection errors.

When this happens, you should see the MCU "red" in your management console in System / Conferencing / Video

Hello Marcello,

where do I find 3CX WebMeeting log on my PBX?

In System / Conferencing / Video private 3CX webmeeting server was during all the problems always green, with other meetings active and no problems within these meetings.

Set logs to verbose then try to join a meeting. Once you reproduced the error, download zip support file from Admin Dashboard. You can find 3CXWebMeeting.log inside Logs directory inside the zip file.

You can also upload the zip somewhere (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc) and share privately a link so I can help you troubleshoot.

I would search for "Selecting OnBoard MCU" and see what happens after that log line.

Thank you, I sent you a direct message with the link to the file
