No option to install PWA client

I manage 2 3cx installs - both running 18.0 update 7 (build 312) and Enterprise Annual licenses.
One gives the users the PWA option, but the other doesn't.

The one without the PWA option shows no pending updates, so I can't see why it wouldn't be available?

Hi Saba

If running the systems on-prem, and the computer users access their webclients locally, you must access the webclients via the FQDN to see the PWA install.

If you can not access them via the FQDN and only via the local IP, then you will require Split DNS to be configured on the network within your local DNS so that the external FQDN can be used to access the webclients internally.

The other option is to use the local machine's host file to allow access to the webclients via the FQDN.
