I have read many post about this device, and configured to the 3CX configuration page for this device. However, I can not get it to do any outbound. I am using the FXO port for paging. I use "8" in the outbound ruled to go out via the Linsys 3102. Here is what the log shows:

On my yealink display it shows Internal Server Error. It does show register in the 3CX voip port status. To me it seems it does not like what it sees coming from the 3CX. I also try to do outbound via a pots lines and get the same error.

Any thoughts!! I have attached a PDF of the PSTN tab .I can provide more info upon request.

Looking over the settings I didn't see any glaring errors. The majority of the settings that people get incorrect have more to do with incoming calls getting to 3CX.

I'm assuming that you only want to send the single digit "8" out on the PSTN line.

The error message that you are getting leads me to believe that the 3102 does not "see" a valid, idle phone line. Can you confirm that in Voice/ Info/ PSTN line status, that it shows a Line Voltage of about 51 Volts, give or take a few volts. If you are plugged into a PBX line, that voltage might be about half, and may require some adjustments to the line-in-use Voltage setting in International Controls.

It shows 24 volts. I have it plugged into a Viking PA-2A paging unit. That is supplying 24 volts.

You'll need to lower the Line-In-Use voltage so that the 3102 does not think that the PSTN line is actually in use (you get the sort of log that you got, if it is) , put it down to 10 or 15 volts.

You are the man leejor. Thanks ID
