No Paging or Paging Multicast Option in Version 20.0 Update 3 (Build 806 Release)?

In Call Handling > Add Ring Group - for Ring Strategy, there is no option to change Ring Strategy to Paging (or Multicast) - but we've seen it available on another instance. We verified the Call Code is set (*8) for Paging. It is a Professional 8SC License. Where else to look for what could be causing this?

I can on update 4 so try upgrading.
