No Parking Pickup

I am using a HT801 with cordless phones. But when you dial the *1 code to pickup the parked call from the T46S I get an error message.

Ive also tried *10 and *11 but nothing is working. No problem from the T46S to pick up the call

I also tried to change the code to another dial and it will still give an error message

Parking codes are separate from shared parking spots (SP1 etc).

If that phone doesn’t have BLFs you can create a dummy extension that forwards to SP0 (uppercase) and dial that extension.

Yes i think i did it right. I created Ext 20 to forward to SP1....so the extension on the analog cordless can just pickup and dial 20 and it should get them to the parking lot? There is only 1 that i created

Dialing 20 should get them to SP1, if that is where the call is parked. Some would do...20 -> SP0, 21-> SP1, 22-> SP2, etc. if you require more than 1. This would make it easy to associate the parking slot number and the extension number. All depends on how often it is used.

Also note right clicking a call in Panel parks on SP0 by default.
