Solved No QR code option in webclient

I have a client that has had issues with getting the attachment on the welcome email to import his settings properly on his iPhone(separate issue i'm not really concerned with right now) so we directed him to the webclient for QR provisioning.

The issue at stake is there is literally no option to bring up the QR code. (See attached image). I believe this instance started out as a v15 and was not upgraded from v14. I have since stepped through all of the updates through the administration page but the option is still not there. What can I do?

You need to install 15.5 SP2. It's not available before that. Had the same problem.

I'm on 15.5 SP4. However, it magically started showing up all of the sudden so I'll call that a win.

Its Cache bro.. nothing to do with magic.. Your browser keeps old cache even though we tell it that the old cache is expired and superseded with an incremented version.
Good practice would be that after a new version is updated, ensure to clear your cache if you don't see something we advertise. Normally you should see this immediately without clearing of cache.
