no recordings folder

dont know if anyone can help with this one have scoured forums and nobody else seem to have the problem. when i had version 7.044 installed inside program files\3cx phone system\data there were 6 sub folders including the recordings folder so when i updated to the demo key i could record calls. i uninstalled this version and installed the latest version 7.1659 and inside the data folder is just 2 sub folders db and ivr. this has happened on 2 seperate machine installs one XP Pro and the other sbs 2003. so on demo key, recording option is there but nowhere to record to. tried several re installs but to no avail. have now re installed version 7.044 and the folders are back. anyone got any ideas

All those Folders have been moved to the Documents and Settings Folder.


For Recordings in versions newer than 7.044 you will have to go to this folder for your Recordings.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\3CX\Data\Recordings
