Please tell me what happened, one SIP is not working.
Configured via TLS protocol, SRTP, provider certificate attached.
I look through TCPdump and there are no registration requests. I change the protocol to TCP - requests appear, but the provider only works through TLS. What could it be connected with? In the morning everything was still working well.
System v18

Hi there.
Are you using own FQDN and SSL certificate or its 3CX FQDN?
So you see traffic for 5061 in the wireshark, as if its working you won't see plain SIP.
You could check core logs of the 3CX, using binlog viewer too while PBX is in verbose.

This is in the activity log

Last time I didn’t figure out the problem, I created a new PBX and configured it. SIP started working with TLS.
But this morning the problem repeated itself. At 5:42 the event occurred:

After this, requests for TLS registration stopped being sent again.
Help please

What service in your case stopped working on the 3CX end? Did you check if the TLS port on the system is running?
Also, is the actual service in the 3CX system too?

Thanks, the proplem has been resolved by addition of Secure SIP self-signed sertificate.
