Hi All,
A number of our phones appear to have suddenly dropped off of our 3CX system. They are no longer listed under 'phones' but still show as a provisioned phone under the relevant extension.
If we try to make any type of call on the phones, it just says 'NO RESPONSE'.
I have tried removing the phone from the extension, and adding it again with no luck.
We turned on verbose logging and tried to make a call - but no trace of it existed in the logs.

We are on 3CX version 15.5.15502.6
The phones in question are a mix of Grandstream GXP 1625 and 1628.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
DG

Going on the details, it would appear the phones can not see the 3CX server

What is your setup of the phones - local, sbc or stun.

Hi, thank you for replying to my post.
That's interesting, i must say though, we have phones on the same VLAN where some won't work, and some will.
They are set up as local.
Thanks,
DG

So if you don't see the phones in the phones tab, that means they aren't registered. You need to figure why that is.

You always used VlAN for phones and it was working or is it a new setting? are the phones all on right VLAN ?
Some changes done on your network ? on settings? a device change?

Phones will appear under the relevant extensions because they are assigned to those extensions. That does not mean that the phones are provisioned and registered to the server. Phones and clients that are registered to the server will appear under the Phones tab.
Make sure that you do not have any blacklisted devices under the "Blacklisted IPs" tab on the Dashboard.
