hi kyle,
This does not occur when using the softphone, only when using the 3CX SIP Proxy Tunnel. It's odd because I thought the same tunnel code would be present in both the 3cxphone and the software. I have upgraded to the latest version of all available software (PBX, tunnel, 3cxphone).
Grandstream firmware is 1.2.2.14, but this also occurs on a linksys/sipura handset. I have logged a support issue with VoipOn (who are speaking to 3cx dev apparently) and have already confirmed with Grandstream that the phone is not at fault. I have verified this by connecting the phone to the voip provider directly and the ringback tone is there.
Has anyone else or 3cx been able to test and verify this?
