No Ringing Tone

So, I have 3cx licensed standard edition and we spun up a new server 2012 R2 with 3CX running straight through with a static public IP, and firewall test passed with flying colors, and I cannot get any ring back tone. Though only time I hear something is when it switches to voicemail. This is true internal, and out to in. Any help or where to look would be great!

What version are you using?

Was this working before you moved to a new server?

What type of trunking are you using?

What type of sets are you using? In most cases the tones are generated within the calling device, there may be an issue with the tone-set chosen, or the settings.

Have you tried using the 3CX softphone?
