Hello,

Does anyone know what this means in the server log and what could cause it ?

17:19:53.751 [MS105000] C:34.1: No RTP packets were received:remoteAddr=192.168.3.13:17380,extAddr=0.0.0.0:0,localAddr=192.168.3.11:7086

I think what was happening and the problem I was having was I was ringing someone and they were picking up the phone however they could not hear me and the phone kept giving the ringing sound to me still.

Many thanks,

GISVPN

It means that PBX didn't receive any audio from 192.168.3.13:17380...
The full log of problematic call scenario may provide additional hints.

Thanks
