Hi,

When using schedules (Specific Hours) in Forwarding Rules for an extension, is it only possible to specify hours and minutes. No seconds. There is also no ability to specify next day.
Meaning if i need to use forwarding from 22 pm to 1 am next day, i need to set up 2 rules, one for 22.00-23.59 and another one for 00.00-01.00.

If the call fits into 1 minute between 23.59 and 00.00 the call is lost. Please advise.

Hi @andreyIR,

Thanks for bringing this up, this is the current behaviour and we're investigating updating it.

If / When it is updated, we will update this thread to let you know.

For situations, such as this, that require the input of times that span midnight, going from one day to the next, and using the 24 hours clock, perhaps it could simply keep counting beyond 2359.

Midnight becomes 2400, 1am becomes 2500, and so on, A forwarded call from Thursday at 10pm to 2am, the next day, would be from 2000 to 2600.
