No Sound at client when using nat

Hi There

Does anyone know why I get nog Sound At Client side when using nat..

My sister has a kabel provider with a fixed ip adress and everything works
but when I am at my dad's house I don't get any sound on the softphone.

My dad has a speedtouch with full cone nat any idee if I have to open some ports here to

The ports are open but i still does'n work

do we ned to open some ports at the client side also ??

do we need to op some higer ports like 10000-20000 /40000-50000
