Hi all..

Here's my case:

2 locations connected with a ipsec tunnel.

if someone calls from Amsterdam(loc1) to Ommen(loc2) on extension number they can't hear eachother.
If he calls from Amsterdam to the office number it goes fine..

Amsterdam: Draytek 2710 Aastra 6757i

Ommen: Draytek 2820 6757i

I think it has something to do with NAT but i don't how to troubleshoot..

NAT should not be active or interfere with an internal call made to an internal PBX.. only the tunnel.
First, verify the handsets have network connectivity by pinging each handset from both locations.
Second, verify each handset can call the PBX, using your voicemail extension (999) or the echo test extension (*777).

You may want to enable "PBX Delivers Audio" on both extensions if the second test is successful.
If both have this option set and succeed, the first needs to be verified.. as either connectivity is not successful and/or the audio streams are being blocked by the firewall(s) over your VPN tunnel.

Hi Ian,

Thanks for your reply

The handsets have activity, they can call to outside the pbx without any problems, tried pinging them, they are stable.
The handsets can call the pbx without any problem.

I've had a call with DrayTek (modem) they said the Ipsec tunnel(vpn-lantolan) doesn't block anything..

I've looked at the option PBX Delivers audio, this was already enabled..
Also tried with PBX Delivers audio on disable but still the same problem..

Do you have any other ideas?

Thanks in advance
