No tone for incoming faxes

I am currently setup with nexVortex connected to 3CX. All voice call work great! However when trying to receive faxes to the fax extension (90 in this case) there is no outgoing fax tone to initiate the trasmission to the incoming fax. I have a full registered version of 3CX. I have even tried calling the fax extension from another extension with the same results. Thanks for any help!

The fax feature only works in combination with Patton, Grandstream and Audiocodes VOIP Gatways. This is as per the documentation. It has not been tested with VOIP providers. If they can do T38, then its the provider that must deliver the fax tone and then deliver the fax using t38 to our t38 fax service.
