No Twilio SMS Option

Since this most recent update, I have no clue how to see or edit my Twilio SMS routing. Since the Messaging tab has disappeared, and Twilio is not an option in the US SIP trunk routing, where am I supposed to go to view and change my SMS routing info? My main trunk provider for voice is SIP.US and there is no SMS tab in that menu.

I have found the Twilio option in Worldwide. But the question now is how would I set this up for SMS only. I have followed the sparse documentation on adding Twilio as an SMS provider but it does not seem to be working. When twilio attempts to send via a POST webhook, it comes back with a 500 error

This was resolved by altering the inbound rules.
