Solved No updated status on DND

For some reason when someone put themselves on DND, their status is not updated to everyone else. You would think the their status would be changed to a red light but it does not. Is there a reason for this, and how could I fix it?

Depends on what you're referring to, are you talking about the BLF lights on an IP Phone or the status seen in the 3CX Apps, etc.

For instance, the 3CX Apps will show the appropriate status for each extension as seen in the 3CX Webclient below:

I am referring to the BLF lights on an IP phone. I am not sure if there something in the template that is not correct possibly?

In that case this is expected as BLF Keys on IP Phones will not monitor Profile Status but only Call state. This is also mentioned in the 3CX Academy course regarding IP Phone Provisioning(Slide 7): https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/basic/configuring-ip-phones/
