Not able to pick up second call

So I am the IT guy for my company and I have been having an issue with people not being able to pick up a second call because it doesn't show up on their phone but it still says they were missed the phone call. I do know some people are able to put thing in a parked que and some aren't but this is a general issue that most people are having at my job

Are you using a Ring Group?

We have had this same issue, but it has been when you are on a call and the rest of the ring group is ringing. If we are on a call and another call comes in and then you hang up that current call and the phones are still ringing; you can press *20* and pick up the incoming call. I should also add... our offices hate having to do the *20* but its the only way to bring a call to your phone when its not ringing and other phones are ringing. Hope that helps for part of your issue.

The best option to avoid this is to use a Call Queue.
