Hello,

I've just setup 3CX on my Raspberry Pi.

After I have successfully completed my installation, I'm greeted by the URL(s) to log into my dashboard to configure 3CX.

When I try to click either of the links to do so, they are not reachable. (404 error)

Would this be a firewall issue that is blocking me from accessing the dashboard on a fresh install?

Can you access the console via iIp address ?

Could be bad CRT's.. had the same on a previous install and after making new CRT and Key it worked fine.

I'd first recommend what @Saqqara mentioned which is more common especially if attempting to connect to the Management Console from the same LAN.

Just try using the local IP of the PBX host instead of the FQDN in the url:

Code:
https://<LOCAL_IP>:<HTTPS_PORT>

For instance: https://192.168.1.5:5001

This of course provided you are local to the machine, if not, try the public IP instead so that we can also eliminated the possibility of this being a DNS issue.

I'm able to access the local IP, not the external.

Well this might be a case of your firewall simply not allowing internal connections to go out and in again as would happen when trying to access the public IP of your same network.

Try accessing the Management Console using the FQDN or Public IP from a different network, for instance an LTE connection on a mobile device. Does it work? If yes, the above may indeed be the reason, if not, it may mean that your firewall configuration needs adjustments and that you need to make sure that the HTTPS port (default 5001 or 443) is forwarded to the 3CX Host.
