I am not able to save SMS provider configuration. When hovering over the 'OK' button to save, I get a tooltip that says "Feature available in 3CX Professional and Enterprise Editions". Clicking OK does nothing. We do have Professional (Confirmed on Dashboard). I saw another post regarding this issue and the two recommendations were to clear cache (Ctrl-Shift-R), and to Reboot. I have done both, and the problem persists. Can someone help?

Hi!

Go to Dashboard --> Services, select all services and press "Restart".
Once you log back into the Management Console, please try doing this again.

I am using a hosted install so it would seem I can not use this method to restart services. However; as mentioned, I have rebooted the instance (and did so again this morning just for kicks), and it is still doing the same thing. Any other ideas?

@redlinerectoys login to your Management Console and you can restart the Services from the PBX Status section on your Dashboard.

Ok, I see now that I can select the services by clicking on each line... Did that, and no change. Given that rebooting the instance obviously restarts services, I am not surprised. Any other ideas? BTW, I did Ctrl-Shift-R again after doing this as wellMessaging Provider Config.pngDashboard.png.

Hi there, please don't reboot the services. Do the following only:
  1. Log into the Management Console
  2. Go to Dashboard --> Services
  3. Select the Configuration Server
  4. Press the "Restart" button

  5. Once you are able to log back into the Management Console, please try to create a new SMS entry without using the browser auto-fill for the fields, and let us know if the issue remains.
