We were testing the SMS feature and we can send the message out but the reply is not showing up in 3CX.

We were testing the SMS feature and we can send the message out but the reply is not showing up in 3CX.

Please follow the Flowroute guide and make sure your settings are correct. Since you can send but not receive you should focus on how you set your webhook up in Flowroutes portal.
