I want receive email notification when a specific extension or a group. anyone can help me to set this up in v15?

For extension - Edit Extension - Options - tick 'Send email notification on missed call'

I have checked group settings, and it does not have this options.but the above may trigger the email.

For a group, you can put the destination if no answer to a voicemail and then send the voicemail by email, but the customer have to record one :C

This is not possible

Instead of using Groups, maybe look at queues - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/call-center-queues/

You can email the queue manager, in the event of a missed call. - Notifications tab under the queue

This function may be greyed out, depending on what version of 3CX you have - std, pro or ent. You need Pro or enterprise for these functions.

For a call queue, you go to the call queue you want, then Notifications and put what you want to notify to the manager(s).

I have tried that but i am not getting the email. checked mail setting and there is no issue with connecting smtp server from the 3cx server.

Hi Mohamed,

Set a queue manager extension, make sure the extension has an email defined of course.

Tick the boxes you need accordingly

Try it with a different mail address which you're sure it receive emails correctly and put it clearly in the extension as John said
