Not going to digital receptionist correctly

[Southern Tablelands Vets]

I am trying to set up a digital receptionist for when we are in office hours. When I try calling through and it rings through each of the extensions, it gets to the end and just hangs up. I have set the ring group destination if no answer to the right digital receptionist but it is not working.

If you call the digital receptionist directly, does it answer as expected?
