Not intended status change

I have a problem with automatic status changes on some extensions. I can't find anything in the log files. The option in the 3CX Client is not activated as well. Does anyone have a clue?

Check in the management console, under that user's extension. In the Forwarding Rules tab, there's the Auto-Switch option, check if that is enabled.

If not, you might wanna check Settings -> Office 365 Integration -> Calendar Sync.

Also, if you use the Windows client, it has an option to change status when idle
