Solved Not receiving inbound SMS after upgrade from v18 to v20

I updated Windows on-prem from v18 to v20 update 6 over the weekend and now I'm not receiving any inbound SMS messages.

I have both Flowroute and Voxtelesys trunks. Both of them show the message in their logs but there is nothing in Chat or Event Logs on 3cx.

I tried updating the API keys and webhooks.

Firewall check fully passed.

Check if the number matching for the SMS is set to a correct value, and also that their is a destination set for them.

Do you have a Voxtelesys ticket we can reference?

First thing to check is to make sure your webhook on 3CX matches what is set in the Voxtelesys messaging application.
Second thing would be to make sure you are using +1NPANXXYYYY format for your DIDs
If those match another thing to check is that that your FQDN has a full cert chain with either 5001 or 443 whatever the 3CX is built with: https://www.geocerts.com/ssl-checker
