Not Registered, Not Connected -- HELP!

I downloaded the 3CX Voip phone a few days ago to use with my paid Voip account at OneSuite and I am having a problem that I can't fix. Please help me! I am a complete newb when it comes to Voip connections, so all advice and suggestions need to be in baby talk.

The problem is that I can get everything to register and it says Available, On Hook but when some time has passed and I look again, it has switched to Not Registered, Not Connected. :-( Needless to say it is never up and running and therefore does not answer calls most of the time. I have run the debug command and it shows the loss of connection, over and over and over. If this makes any sense to anyone, can you please help me fix it? I'm so frustrated!
I did end up changing the location setting from I am in the office, to I am out of the office, but it still loses connection. My internet is up and running all the time and works great. I don't know what else to check.
I also use Google Voice and Google Talk through my computer to make calls. I have no clue if they are in conflict.

I went to the One Suite web site and got the following recommended settings:

PROXY DOMAIN : voip.onesuite.com
PORT : 5060
DTMF : rfc2833/rtp
RTP PAYLOAD : 101
REGISTRATION TIMER : 3600 seconds
AUDIO CODEC : G.711u

I don't understand a word of this! Why is it so complicated! How can I fix it to make it work?

The settings you posted are pretty basic.

PROXY DOMAIN : voip.onesuite.com This is where you contact their server
PORT : 5060 This is the port they want you to contact them on
DTMF : rfc2833/rtp This is the method of DTMF to use
RTP PAYLOAD : 101 Real Time Transport Protocol http://www.iana.org/assignments/rtp-parameters/rtp-parameters.xml
REGISTRATION TIMER : 3600 seconds This is how often your device should re-register or be considered "gone"
AUDIO CODEC : G.711u This is the Codec to use with them (it's how the voice packets are encoded.decoded)

It looks like it may be a password or other authentication issue. This may involve , not only the password, but user name and any authentication ID settings. You may need to contact them for the details on where to put the personal information associated with your account, in the settings
